Olga at her home preparing for a busy life as Miss Earth.

Even after seven days returning to Ecuador, her cell phone kept ringing. Throughout the week she met with reporters, smile a lot and rest for a short time.

"Everyday is the same, interviews, photos, meetings..." grins the 23 year old.

Scrambled egg and coffee start her morning...

...with a bowl of cereals.

After breakfast went to her bed room, turn the TV on

Turn it off after a few seconds, grabbed her sash and crown and asked her mother to accompany her to the offices of Centro Internacional de Investigaciones del Fenómeno del Nińo (International El Nińo Phenomenon Research Center) to attend a meeting.

Meeting with CIIF. As Miss Earth, Olga is the spokesperson and face of CIIF's campaign: "Manos juntas por el Estero" or Hands Together for the Canal.

Then a visit to designer Eduardo Villamar who is one of the 12 designers sponsored Olga at Miss Earth 2011 pageant.

Next stop at Jose Hidalgo residence, Olga's national director and owner of DIOSAS Escuela de Misses. He plans to make a calendar featuring the ecological zones of Ecuador with Olga.

In the afternoon a couple more interviews with the media. Olga was even able to sneak a dentist appointment in the same day! Tomorrow Olga will travel to Santo Domingo.

Next week meeting with Ministry of Environment.

Miss Earth, Olga Alava from Ecuador, arrived in Reunion on Thursday to do various environment campaigns in the island and attend the Miss Earth Reunion Finals to be held April 1st.

The 24-year old beauty who speaks Spanish, English and Mandarin, talked to local media about her duties as Miss Eartn and her work preserving the environment, as well as her involvement with organizations dedicated to conservation of resources.
